Gaskets are used to prevent leakage of these undesirable external elements through the gaps at the lids of these boxes.
You can use CNT Cover Gasket on the covers of your boxes, containers, or barrels to protect your food, chemicals, electronic equipment, and work tools.
CNT Cover Gasket is used in many areas thanks to the low permanent deformation and high UV & Ozone resistance provided by the TPE raw material we use during production.
Thanks to the weldability of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) material, CNT Cover Gasket are heat welded after the extrusion process, which provides uninterrupted sealing.
TPEs are preferred thanks to their high resistance to acids, bases, and detergents, especially in barrel cover seals which are used to protect chemicals.
An issue with new generation street lighting systems is that sometimes the oil in the gaskets evaporates with the help of the heat and hazes the lighting surface. CNT Cover Gaskets prevent evaporation thanks to the new generation TPE raw material.
